Return Policy

Poems for all Occasions can be returned within 7 days of receipt ONLY if the seal has not been broken for an exchange, credit, or refund less shipping and handling.
If a personal message was added to the poem, it cannot be returned.

Baby Greetings cannot be returned due to the very specific personalization of the poem. If you have any questions or concerns please contact customerservice@hartinspired.com

For Custom Poetry, we work closely with each client to ensure satisfaction. We will work closely with you on revisions until we capture the sentiment of the moment. After completing the poem to your satisfaction an email will be sent to you. After replying to the email that you are completely satisfied the final poem will be sent to you. Once received due to the specific nature of the poem it cannot be returned.
